The work

Every frame here was generated

Four films, each with its full making-of laid out beside it - the brief, every step of the pipeline and what came out of it. Hit play on any frame.

01 · Anime · 2026

Kotonaru

India barely makes its own anime, and nobody is making it with a generative pipeline. Kotonaru is a trailer built to prove it can be done: a 2D Indian anime that holds character, performance and tone across a full cut, with no animation team behind it.

Role
Writer, Director, Pipeline
Format
16:9 · 2D Indian anime trailer
Runtime
Trailer
Tools
Claude, Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, Seedance 2.5, ElevenLabs, Premiere Pro

How it was made

  1. 01

    Ideation & scripting

Written with Claude running a custom Prompt Bible skill - a document that fixes the world, the characters and exactly which frames get generated and which never do.

  2. 02

    Visual scene design

Nano Banana Pro and Midjourney for the 2D look: line weight, palette and character sheets locked as stills before any motion existed.

  3. 03

    Audio

Seedream Audio 1.0 for ambience and score, ElevenLabs v3 for the Hindi performance passes - audio finished first so the picture could be cut to it.

  4. 04

    Video & lipsync

Seedance 2.5 for motion with audio-driven lipsync, generated shot by shot against the locked reference sheets.

  5. 05

    Post production

Conformed, cut, graded and mixed in Premiere Pro to a trailer rhythm - hook in three seconds, turn at the end.

Outcome
A pitchable 2D Indian anime trailer made solo. It's the piece that demonstrates the whole pipeline in one artifact - and the one the workshop is built around.

02 · Spec Film · 2025

Paperboat - Aamras

Paperboat sells memory more than mango. The idea was to rebuild one specific childhood afternoon - steel glass, ceiling fan, sunlight through a grill - without a camera, a cast or a location, and still have it feel shot on film.

Role
Director, Editor, Grade
Format
16:9 · Spec brand film
Runtime
0:45
Tools
Midjourney, Runway, Topaz, Resolve

How it was made

  1. 01

    Idea & boards

One day of writing beats and pulling references, then a 14-frame board so every shot had a job before a single generation ran.

  2. 02

    Generation

Stills first in Midjourney to lock the palette and grain, then animated shot by shot with fixed lens and light notes in every prompt.

  3. 03

    Consistency

A locked reference set for the boy, the kitchen and the glass kept faces and props stable across takes. Failed generations were re-rolled, never patched.

  4. 04

    Grade & cut

Upscaled, conformed and graded to a warm Kodak-ish curve, cut to a licensed score with a full sound-design pass.

Outcome
A 45-second spot made solo in a week for the cost of a few subscriptions - now the piece most brand conversations start from.

03 · Spec Film · 2025

Prada Monochrome

A fashion film with no clothes, no model and no studio - an exercise in whether a synthetic pipeline can hold the discipline a luxury house expects: one silhouette, one light source, forty shots that all look like the same day.

Role
Director, Pipeline
Format
16:9 · Spec fashion film
Runtime
1:10
Tools
Midjourney, Kling, After Effects

How it was made

  1. 01

    Look development

Stills to fix the monochrome key, the fabric behaviour and the single hard light before any motion existed.

  2. 02

    Generation

Motion generated in blocks so wardrobe and hair carried between shots rather than being fixed later.

  3. 03

    Consistency

A locked reference set plus a shot bible held the character across 40+ shots - the hardest part of the whole film.

  4. 04

    Finish

Cleanup, type and transitions, then a contrast-heavy grade with grain to kill the digital sheen.

Outcome
Proof that character consistency at fashion-film length is a process problem, not a model problem. It's the piece taught on day one of the workshop.

04 · AI UGC · 2026

AI Creator

Brands don't need one perfect film, they need a dozen variants of the same creator ad. So the creator herself is generated: a consistent face and voice that can shoot any product, any script, any week - no casting, no shoot day, no reshoot cost.

Role
Writer, Director, Pipeline
Format
9:16 · Performance ad for Meta
Runtime
1:46
Tools
Claude, Nano Banana Pro, ElevenLabs, Seedance 2.5, Premiere Pro

How it was made

  1. 01

    Ideation & scripting

Claude with the Prompt Bible skill, writing to a UGC beat structure: hook in the first second, problem, product, proof, call to action.

  2. 02

    Visual scene design

Nano Banana Pro and Midjourney to fix the presenter, the room and the product in-hand so every variant is recognisably the same person.

  3. 03

    Audio

ElevenLabs v3 for the spoken read, Seedream Audio 1.0 for room tone - the read carries the ad, so it was locked before picture.

  4. 04

    Video & lipsync

Seedance 2.5 for talking-head motion with audio-driven lipsync, framed vertical with the product always inside the safe area.

  5. 05

    Post production

Cut in Premiere Pro to platform spec with burned-in captions, built so hooks and end cards can be swapped without regenerating the body.

Outcome
A reusable AI creator with a locked face and voice, plus a finished 9:16 ad ready to run as paid social - new variants in hours instead of a shoot cycle.

How it's actually made

Our stack, in the order we use it

No secret tools. The advantage is the order, the prompt bible and the discipline between steps - which is exactly what the two days teach.

01

Ideation & scripting

Claude, with a custom Prompt Bible skill

Beats, script and a frame-by-frame prompt bible that decides what gets generated - and what never does.

02

Visual scene design

Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney

Stills first. Palette, grain, character and set are locked as images before a single frame moves.

03

Audio

Seedream Audio 1.0, ElevenLabs v3

Performance, ambience and score generated to the script, so the picture is cut to real sound.

04

Video & lipsync

Seedance 2.5

Motion generated with audio-driven lipsync, shot by shot, against the locked reference set.

05

Post production

Premiere Pro

Conform, cut, grade and mix. The step most people skip - and the reason these read as finished films.

Who's behind it

Enrai Labs, Bangalore

Enrai Labs is the education vertical of Enrai Studio - an AI-native animation studio producing premium micro-drama and animated IP from Bangalore.

The studio uses generative AI to produce animation at a fraction of traditional cost and turnaround. Labs teaches that exact pipeline, offline, to a small room at a time.

Brand films, fashion spec work, 2D anime, micro-drama and performance UGC all come out of the same pipeline - and it's led by Tarun Rai, who founded the studio.

₹9,000 covers the two days, ₹4,000 of AI tool credits, food and wifi, community access for freelance work, and a discount code for future events. 30 seats only.

Before you book

₹4,000 worth of AI tool credits that are yours to use, both full days of the workshop, access to the community where freelance opportunities get shared after the cohort, food and wifi in the room, free online filmmaking resources, and a discount code for future events.

Day one is story and shot design, then the full AI film pipeline - image, video, voice and edit - the same one behind Kotonaru, Paperboat and Prada. Day two you produce your own piece in anime, micro-drama or UGC-ad form, and learn how to package, price and pitch that work to clients. You leave with a finished film and a pipeline you can repeat on your own.

Bring a laptop if you have one - anything that runs a browser is fine, since the pipeline is cloud-first. If you don't have one, tell me in the form and I'll arrange a machine for you.

Yes. Day one starts at story and shot design, not software. Beginners and working editors sit in the same room and leave with the same pipeline.
